Theatre has a powerful way of connecting with audiences because it is a reflection of the human experience itself. And participating in theatre as a form of storytelling can be as transformative for the participant as it is for the viewer. Throughout history, theatre has enabled us to preserve our history and culture while influencing our culture. For youth, it provides a natural environment for individuals to explore the complexities of their emotions and as an outlet to life's pressures.

Inter-Personal self development:

Is the study of one"s perceived limitations caused by trauma, and working through and beyond them. Redesigning what we are capable of through applied cognitive therapy and analysis. Discovering and accessing our innate human abilities to overcome trauma while designing  fulfilling and rewarding futures,which includes: financial literacy,  healthy self concepts,physical  health and diet, relationships with family members, teachers and our communities at large. As well as developing personal goals and  a sense of our spirituality as individuals.

Creating healthy, peaceful and  compassionate people through the practice of Yoga. At the Well Child foundation we believe all forms of yoga are beneficial for the development of all people. We believe Niroga Yoga is a wonderful tool to enhance the development of our children. Niroga Yoga offers Universal access to a transformative life and leadership skills. A Dynamic mindfulness practice, through education, health, violence prevention and youth development. We are committed to creating an environment that will cultivate and inspire youth.

The physical training in Tae Kwon Do emphasizes progressive development of strength, flexibility and aerobic capacity. In addition to developing students with the highest level of physical skills, Tae Kwon Do aims to develop in  individuals: strength of character and belief in oneself. In order to make significant contributions to a better life in the family  and society at large.

The practice and study of Tae Kwon Do develops a healthy mind, body and spirit through physical and spiritual training. In Tae Kwon Do, meditation along with physical discipline build self-awareness and a strong "I can do it " attitude.

The benefits not only encompass physical and spiritual well being  but also develop self-esteem, self-confidence and the ability to defend oneself.
